Responsibility
- engage with external parties to review monthly management accounts for the Company and its two subsidiaries on a timely basis
- engage in technical accounting dialogue with the external audit
- prepare capital management fee calculations and billing statements
- review quarterly VAT returns and relevant working papers
- engage with external parties on the production and submission of tax returns
- provide reports to Board every quarter and present financials to the Board
- manage FCA quarterly returns with the compliance officer
- develop and uphold processes to ensure timely and accurate accounting functions
