- act as first point of contact for all trainee and trainer enquiries

- daily Monitoring of all the Facilities inbox to action requests for any maintenance tasks, stationery enquires and merchandise requests
- previous experience within a similar and fast paced administrative position would be essential
- management of learning platform such as booking exams, review of all bookings and checking eligibility

- manage and organise a company diary in order that a programme is developed for the following tasks to get carried out
- assisting the Events and Facilities Manager when required with the sending of quotes and invoices
- provide support across other training related activities, as required

- to provide cover at reception when required for breaks
- daily monitoring of both Events inboxes for both internal and external enquiries, provided all required information is provided and ensuring the Events and Facilities Manager is updated

- who will you be working for?
- effectively undertake any other duties as required
- to provide regular reports upon request to the events and facilities manager. These would include reports on merchandise sales and stock lists and monthly internal and external events
- prepare training material including packs and online documentation, preparing agendas and slides
- maintaining the in-house database, ensuring all data is current and that clients are registered for correct modules
- any other reasonable duties required
- maintain a database of employing bodies, Regional Representatives and Regional Advisors
- to take responsibility in the overhaul of the facilities SharePoint folder and the subsequent upkeep of all facilities documentation in collaboration with the Archive and Records Manager
- update Clinic contacts
- attend internal examination boards when required
- to Work with the Job Descriptions Co-ordinator to maintain an electronic record and filing system for the assessment and approval of job descriptions for vacant posts
