oversee all administration functions regarding the residential service for example ordering of stock, replacement of equipment etc
we are seeking a Service Operations Manager for our new residential site in Redditch. This role will play a key part in the day-to-day operational running of the site and sit within our Senior Leadership Team
as this role is a new position within the organisation you will be joining at a very exciting time and will be required to start before the opening of the residential site to have a key input in the crucial planning of the services and how we mobilise the opening of the new service

facilitation of charity-related project plans inclusive of marketing strategy in line with the organisational objectives, business processes, task structure, project schedule, risk assessment, budget setting and performance review leading to best-in-class processes and agile marketing
coordinate PR including managing incoming press enquiries and co-ordinating any press launches
control of Gordon Moody’s digital profile, corporate identity, and brand management this will include the maintenance and development of the website, social media, external website listings, links and advertising
oversee the production of organisational marketing materials and coordinate marketing campaigns. This may involve project management of materials or providing oversight to other staff producing materials
