Requirements

  • HNC/HND in an IT related subject, and ideally with a degree and ITIL qualification
  • IT helpdesk experience and ideally with good knowledge of Project Management
  • experience of supporting Cyber Security
  • excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a diverse and busy workload, planning effectively and working consistently to deadlines
  • effective negotiation, influencing, networking, presentation and diplomacy skills
  • clean Driving Licence
  • good working knowledge of complex network/systems infrastructure, working with business computer systems in a Microsoft and virtual environment – experience of VMware, Active Directory, Windows 10, Azure, M/0365 and ideally ERP, POS, CRM and SharePoint
  • this is a permanent on-site position
