- maintain all financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- prepare the monthly management accounts

Requirements
- preferably a qualified accountant that has led a finance team previously
- payments and/or Fintech experience is preferred
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- in-depth knowledge of financial principles
- ability to communicate effectively to non-financial employees
