Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Financial Controller, demonstrating expertise in financial management and strategy
experience working within retail is essential
full qualification in CIMA/ACCA/ACA, showcasing a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices
proficiency in working with Xero, an essential requirement for this role
extensive experience in controlling the finance function from a transactional level, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team, fostering collaboration, and achieving shared objectives
exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and relationship-building at all levels of the organization
dedication and flexibility, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deliverables
