  • liaising with Operations to coordinate stock deliveries and van transport for each event
  • ensuring successful set-up and pack-down for each event
  • managing a team of up to 8 people at each event
  • developing staff rota for staff members confirmed for each event by Operations
  • staff training for new team members
  • cash management during an event
  • looking after your own events from start to finish
  • check staff in at accreditation and deal with any welfare issues
