- manage the hotel during the night to ensure guests and team are well cared for

- maintain observation over guests and guests’ property to ensure security alerts are kept to a minimum
- along with your main duties, you will also be expected to carry out any other duties that are reasonably asked of you

- previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality or hotel environment is advantageous
- strong customer service and guest interaction skills
- attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
- previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
- bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele
- strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing bookings and guest information
- ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- proficiency in using reservation systems and basic computer applications is an advantage
