- collecting outstanding balances from clients
- communicating with suppliers via phone or email to gain outstanding booking confirmations
- organising and booking travel extras such as car hire, Eurotunnel’s, transfers and ferries
- prioritising of personal workflow to ensure that the daily targets set are met by the end of the day
- running reports and putting together daily stats into spreadsheets
- to liaise with other departments on any travel queries
- ad hoc travel administration duties as required
- management of the central mailboxes daily, uploading enquiries to our internal system and distributing booking confirmations to the Sales and Customer Service teams
