Responsibility
- prepare all necessary equipment and access for employees onboarding and offboarding, in collaboration with managers
- install, test, configure, maintain and repair computer hardware, software, operating systems and the corporate network
- prepare documentation of computer and office equipment, in collaboration with the IT Manager
- write and maintain documentation related to technical procedures, when required
- be a resource person for all apps in the Microsoft 365 suite
- provide support for the phone system, including the call centre
- respond to alerts, sometimes outside of business hours, when necessary
- participate in IT security and compliance audits
Requirements
- further Education in Technology or equivalent
- experience and interest in IT and new technologies
- be comfortable in a support role
- excellent knowledge of Active Directory and related services
- very good knowledge of networking , Microsoft 365 products, Atlassian products
- flexible and available to work part-time
- ability to exercise judgment, integrity and honesty
- ability to protect the confidentiality of information
