  • progressing civil court proceedings from the inception of a Claim Form being issued up until a final hearing at a trial

Requirements

  • LLB and LPC completion is desirable
  • 1 year litigation experience of managing a caseload
  • must be familiar with the CPR rules and Practice Direction
  • knowledge of the ‘Unfair Relationship’ within the Consumer Credit CCA1974 is desirable
  • advocacy skills are desirable
  • paralegal: 1 year
