Requirements
- LLB and LPC completion is desirable
- 1 year litigation experience of managing a caseload
- must be familiar with the CPR rules and Practice Direction
- knowledge of the ‘Unfair Relationship’ within the Consumer Credit CCA1974 is desirable
- advocacy skills are desirable
- paralegal: 1 year
