- we are looking for a support worker for a permanent position
- checking on the service users’ needs, progress, and wellbeing
- prepare and serve meals to the service users and assist with feeding where required
- providing one-to-one counselling or group therapy sessions
- help with daily living skills like budgeting, shopping and claiming benefits
- providing leisure and creative activities to engage the service user in a safe and supportive setting
- liaising with the multidisciplinary team and other professionals in implementing the support plan
- talking with service users’ families and arranging family and home visits
