Responsibility

- we are looking for a manager in the credit control team to manage the debtor report

- review and analyse customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payment
- contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies
- monitor and maintain accounts receivable aging reports
- collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and disputes
- prepare and send regular statements to customers
Requirements
- educated to degree level, and working towards an accountancy qualification
- excellent numeracy skills, with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
- attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with a facility for working under time pressures
- good negotiation and communication skills, with a tactful but assertive manner
- credit Control: 3 years
- willingness to go above and beyond in order to deliver required outcomes
- proven experience in supervision of a credit control function (3+ years
