- we’re looking for an IT Operations Manager to join our Change & Technology team on a full time permanent basis, working 35 hours per week

Requirements
- you will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- BSc in computer science, IT infrastructure, Service Management, Cyber Security
- A clear understanding of service operations, SLA and processes and their interdependencies are essential
- industry certifications
- you must have sound knowledge & experience in IT Service Management
- knowledge and experience in IT policy creation/management
- experience working with suppliers to deliver a range of services & support
- experience in managing suppliers to ensure they meet their contractual obligations
