Responsibility

  • take full responsibility for delivery of Nursing Care in-line with budgeted targets
  • leadership and management of our dedicated staff team, including line management and supervision in relation to their role
  • ensure robust rota management and lead on recruitment whilst attracting candidates in line with company values
  • work with regulators and commissioners to deliver on compliance, meeting expectations outlined in CQC KLOEs and CIW RISCA regulations
  • produce reports and provide performance data for the group’s strategic analysis
  • respond to any complaints raised according to the Complaints Procedure and log evidence accordingly
  • respond and record any HR concerns on the HR Log ensuring advice from Croner is followed
  • complete monthly management audits according to schedule
