Responsibility

  • understand optimisation and a test and learn approach through all marketing
  • gather and act on competitor analysis to help inform business decisions
  • understand our brands and target markets to support BMs in reaching their audiences online
  • provide insights and proposed Marketing messages across all brands
  • you understand the importance of transparent communication and will demonstrate/encourage this amongst your team
  • work towards achieving ‘Best in Class’ paid social media campaigns
  • work closely with the Brand Managers to capture and analyse market intelligence to improve audience targeting / engagement and identify new trends in the market
  • you will have a proven track record of leading an innovative, agile, and successful team who consistently meet deadlines and deliver against company KPI’s
