- understand our brands and target markets to support BMs in reaching their audiences online

- work towards achieving ‘Best in Class’ paid social media campaigns
- work closely with the Brand Managers to capture and analyse market intelligence to improve audience targeting / engagement and identify new trends in the market
- you will have a proven track record of leading an innovative, agile, and successful team who consistently meet deadlines and deliver against company KPI’s
- develop and maintain marketing reporting to the wider business in collaboration with the Brand Managers and Digital Marketing Coordinator
- strong knowledge of SEO supporting BMs and sales admin team to ensure products always have best SEO on product launch
- you have a passion for people management with the ability to effectively manage individual and team performance in accordance with agreed objectives
- you will lead from the front with drive and enthusiasm providing clear direction, motivation, and support, prioritising a regular open forum for timely, two-way constructive feedback
- understanding keyword research and competitor analysis
- channel Management - identify and communicate a proposed mix of marketing channels, traditional and digital to ensure the best reach and ROI within an agreed budget
- in conjunction with the Directors and HR, you will resource the team with the right skills at the right time and assist in the training and professional development of team members
- you will foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department and cross-departmental team members that allows for the sharing of knowledge and best practices, healthy disagreement over ideas, conflict resolution, the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, support, and working effectively together to enable individual and companywide successes
- manage the Digital Marketing Co Ordinator to deliver in their role to own and manage the digital marketing budget with 100% accuracy throughout the year
- AMS – review and refine on a constant basis maximizing sales and maintaining momentum + monitoring stock to not waste money
- provide a central hub for market intelligence to be disseminated across the business with a focus on audience insights
- work closely with Sales team to deliver retailer marketing campaigns and manage marketing relationships with priority retail partners
