- conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to ensure operational performance and safety
- maintain accurate and detailed records of production processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference
- train, supervise, and support junior technicians, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement
- liaise with the R&D department for new product development and enhancements
