- assessing operational maturity and adaptability and making improvements to scale and elevate customer experience
- you’ll be responsible for people leadership, and operational excellence across inter-team and client interactions
- powering up our operational capability through automation to enhance process efficiency
- performance & Delivery
- track, measure and monitor individual/team delivery against set targets through effective reporting
- communicating operating policies and/or issues at dept level meetings
- additionally, you will create, maintain, and distribute relevant reporting in order for management to gain a quick and accurate understanding of the Ops team's situation
- as the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the work and management of the operations team, circa 10 individuals
- we’re seeking an experienced operations people and team lead to navigate our people and function through a growth period, in size and scope
- taking ownership of escalations, incidents and leading on timely preventive measures
