attend client calls and Project Working Groups
interface with our Operational Delivery team, Workshop, Warehouse and site teams across the UK
overseeing a holistic programme of projects and reporting to Associate Project Director
ensuring the detailed use of in-house proprietary software within the departments
liaising with clients, internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth administration and delivery of projects from enquiry stage through to project reporting and close out
validate system data and liaise with the Reporting team to issue accurate reports in a timely fashion after the completion of each project
as the Project Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of our projects to external customers acting as the main point of contact for the customer from order acceptance through to completion at every stage of the project lifecycle
