- these roles are based in Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd areas
- to provide personal and practical care services for people with a wide range of illnesses and disabilities
- to assist individuals with getting up in the morning, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing and the toilet where necessary
- we are looking for motivated care assistants and support workers to work with us providing establishments such as nursing homes, residential homes, supported living and much more, we have roles offering individuals care at home
- to help care for individuals who are dying
- we are looking for individuals with a minimum of 6months experience in the sector, who wish to work for a company who genuinely values their team
- to read and write in log-book records and take part in staff and individuals meetings and in training activities as directed
