Responsibility
- accurately process all associated administrative and finance procedures relating to sales orders
- responsible for your own client base, you will provide a full sales order processing service to UK and International clients, building effective working relations and accurately processing orders to meet customer demand
- you will regularly liaise with clients by phone and email to handle order enquiries and requests for quotes, ensuring regular communication with clients throughout the order process
- you will communicate across various internal departments to ensure sufficient stock levels and to accurately instruct on bespoke order requirements, whilst managing customer expectations regarding product availability and delivery
