Responsibility
- the Service manager will check support is appropriate and manage staff teams and the staff rota
- you will need to ensure the people we support get the most out of their support packages
- godfrey Care are have an exciting vacancy for a dedicated Service Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of a Supported Living service for individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours
- you will assist support staff where required or work along side with the people we support
- candidates will have had at least 1 years of experience working as a Shift Manager/Service Manager within a Learning disability care setting or be in the Position of Team Leader in a care setting where they have a strong desire to progress within their career
- candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience working with vulnerable adults and hold a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care
- as a senior member of the team, you will promote good practice at all times and be a positive role model
- the candidate must be able to provide leadership to a team of staff in line with the Organisation’s aim to provide a high quality community support service tailored to suit each of the people we support
