the Servicing and Repair of Gocycles
provide customer support and technical assistance via phone, e-mail, and other electronic media such as service documentation
diagnosing and Rectifying any issues raised by our customers both B2B and B2C
follow standard processes both physical and digital, and build best practices for more efficient and effective repair and servicing of Gocycles
assist the engineering team with fault diagnosis and resolution
report on case progress and background to the relevant Sales Support Team members where applicable
support the engineering and customer support teams to give our customers the best Bicycle Servicing experience in the world
maintain a high standard of organization within the service workshop and warehouse
Requirements
A Bike enthusiast at heart with a passion for fixing faults and problem solving
team player who generates ideas and solutions, working together with the whole team to achieve them
any formalized qualifications for being a bicycle mechanic are desirable
experience interacting with customers and suppliers is desirable
if possible - We are keen to hire recent Graduates who wish to learn and grow as part of a very exciting time in a rapidly growing business at the cutting edge of E-Bike and E-Mobility technology and engineering
able to work through a problem independently once experienced and trained in the process, generating ways of working and improvements which can then be shared as best practice
you possibly have worked as a bicycle mechanic in the past – if not, an understanding of your technical and personal background and experience with bicycles and bicycle maintenance will be important
six Sigma experience is beneficial but not required
