- develop and nurture strong relationships with partner accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, providing guidance, and fostering open communication
- collaborate with partners to identify business opportunities and develop joint marketing and sales strategies
- provide training and support to partners, ensuring their understanding of GoCloud's comprehensive range of cloud hosting products and services
- conduct regular business reviews with partners, evaluating performance, addressing concerns, and identifying areas for improvement
- monitor partner account activity, track sales performance, and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders
- coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure seamless partner engagement and support
- stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to partners
Requirements
- proven experience in a partner account management or related role
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- sound knowledge of cloud hosting products and services
- results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges
- willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events, as required
