  • overseeing the quality of products, making sure we always exceed customer expectation
  • the Laundry Operative's role is responsible for the processing of inbound and outbound dirty and clean laundry. Receiving all laundry in from customers, counting then packing to our customers and ensuring stock is processed in a timely manner
  • communicating with internal teams offering regular updates
  • packing customer orders professionally and in good time
  • processing and finishing on our industrial machines
