  • managing enquiries by replying to emails, bookings, WhatsApp messages and Zendesk chats
  • managing images, descriptions and pricing on our booking system
  • managing images, descriptions and pricing on our new booking system
  • helping edit posts, and replying to comments every week for our social media
  • managing and collecting reviews/feedback across TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Facebook reviews etc
  • helping manage 4 websites' content by picking up on out-of-date information and errors: images, news, pricing, descriptions, maps

Requirements

  • experience in a reservations, customer service, admin or sales roles
  • experience in a reservations or sales roles
  • knowledge of CRMs such as Wordpress or similar
  • good knowledge of MS Office applications
