Responsibility

  • we are seeking a chef / cook to join the team
  • previous experience is required
  • this full-time position will include split shifts and weekend work
  • we also have a Sunday carvery which is very busy up to 80 Covers
  • the Woodman’s Cottage inn, is the only pub in the village of Gorefield, which has a restaurant, function room and letting rooms. We are seeking a cook to join the team

  • ensure a food ordering system is in place

Requirements

  • food Safety Level 2
  • NVQ Level 3 in professional cookery
  • food Safety Level 3
  • cook: 2 years
  • chef / Cook: 2 years
  • management: 1 year plus preferable
