  • develop relationships at all levels with our key customers/targets
  • promotion of new products and services to customer sales and commercial departments

Requirements

  • previous experience working within a sales or sales service environment in the KBB furniture industry is essential
  • knowledge of the house building industry is an advantage
  • knowledge of customer procurement, negotiation and contract management
  • build and maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity and pricing
  • build and maintain key account profile information
  • understand range selling to provide the complete package
  • has established and maintained strong customer relationships
  • can demonstrate sales and product differentiation through service
