GMT RECRUITMENT is looking for employees for positions:
finance director
Responsibility
- overseeing the smooth running of the entire finance function
- ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting principles and company policies
- ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- provision of insightful performance analysis and strategic evaluation
- assist with the budgeting and forecasting process
- maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- manage and supervise a small finance team
- ad hoc strategic tasks as delegated by the CEO
Requirements
- this role requires an experienced finance professional , a Finance Director who can hit the ground running
- degree educated, and a qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA with at least 10 years PQE
- excellent knowledge of accounting principles,financial regulations and reporting standards
- experience in technology, telco, infrastructure or energy sectors highly advantageous
- deep understanding of commercial finance and business strategy
- an excellent team player with a confident, outgoing personality and a commercial mindset
- A strong communicator who has the ability to implement and influence change at all levels
- previous line management experience essential
