Responsibility

  • answer incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner, responding and resolving any actions as necessary
  • answer customer service enquiries via Zendesk ticketing system or directly via email
  • take customer orders and payments over the phone
  • dealing with customer queries and processing customer refunds
  • liaise with couriers with regards to returns and exchanges
  • keep Brightpearl order records up to date ensuring full company visibility
  • process dropship purchase orders
  • be the initial representative for customers who collect orders from the office

Requirements

  • A knowledge of gardening and garden equipment would be an advantage
  • some engineering or technical knowledge would be useful
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent listening skills
  • strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • computer literate and knowledge of CRM systems
  • be friendly, tactful, polite, and professional always
  • positive, proactive, and quick-thinking attitude
