Responsibility
- perform a variety of administration tasks to support the Energy Team in the management of energy accounts

- social media posts / upload videos to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube
- update the company email signatures
- jointly responsible for the administration of the E-Referral Service
- perform a variety of administration tasks to support the Utilities Team in the ordering and management of Internet, Water and TV Licence
- update the Quality objectives in a monthly document
- jointly responsible for the maintenance and updating of consultant clinic/theatre schedules, ensuring that this is always accurate
- maintaining first aid equipment
- to work flexibly giving assistance to other employees and to provide cover in the absence of other administrative employees within the Service Delivery Department as required
- undertake specific pieces of work, for example produce information as required by the team
- fire alarm tests
- diary management as required for the Consultants to include appointments/meetings etc
- renew the domain names on parking permits
- maintain audit information as required by the team
- allocate/send post
- prioritise daily workload
- sorting and filing client documentation
- to undertake other appropriate duties as directed, being adaptable to service needs/changes
- participate in the induction of new team members and trainees as far as the administration systems within the team are concerned
- updating spreadsheets
- assisting in the preparation of the annual benefit statements
- responsibility for entering jobs received in the unit onto the work log system
- to provide support for the administration system if required to
- processing invoices, taking card payments
Requirements
- good communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to work on own as well as a member of a team
- understanding of investment pensions, life assurance, permanent health insurance and personal tax

- experience in an administration or data entry role is preferred but not essential. Full training will be given
