• liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction remains a priority
• manage incoming calls and emails promptly and efficiently
• responding to customer queries via a range of communication channels including Teams, phone, email, and post

• booking in deliveries and arranging transport effectively and on time
• working closely with production team on delays to ensure accurate information is received to be communicated to customers to ensure dispatch deadlines are achieved
• responsible for creating new product codes and obtaining any missing information to create production paperwork, including the job specification, for jobs as required
