- perform household tasks including making beds, light housekeeping, and laundry assistance
- maintain accurate records, attend meetings, and participate in training sessions as required
- comply with all organisational policies, procedures, care plans, and medication administration protocols
- monitor and report any changes in clients' health or circumstances promptly
Requirements
- patience, Empathy, Compassion, Caring and Inclusion are a MUST
- previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred
- knowledge of behaviour management techniques is advantageous
- ability to provide patient-centred care with empathy and compassion
- familiarity with nursing home procedures and practices is a plus
- first aid certification or willingness to obtain one
- proficiency in meal preparation following dietary restrictions if needed, food hygiene
- valid driver's license for transportation purposes may be required
