Responsibility
- collaborate closely with the Founder / CEO to shape and execute the company's overall business strategy
- P&L shared responsibility, to increase margins through operational efficiencies as the business grows
- lead developments of new initiatives and improvements that streamline service delivery, improve customer experience and enhance productivity
- provide management and leadership to the departments management team, driving a culture of continuous improvement and delivery against operational goals
- ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators, and departments performance management framework is aligned with businesses objectives
- provide actionable insights, recommendations for continuous improvement and executing action plans
- lead and support the Head of Operations, Head of Customer Service and Head of Compliance to ensure service levels are reviewed regularly and priority areas are identified
Requirements
- self-motivated with proven ability to lead and inspire others to perform
- experience in strategic planning and project management
- possess strong analytical skills to interpret, summarise and present data
- experience coordinating across multiple departments & functions of an organisation, including customer service, technology development, operations and finance
- possession of a strong technical skill set
- understanding of compliance and operational risk controls
- ability to innovate, support change and problem solve
