  • to prepare peri peri & grilled cuisine / food in any section of the kitchen assigned by the Director, according to standard recipes and ensuring guest satisfaction consistent with our standards
  • to consistently foster a spirit of harmony and cohesion between the kitchen brigade and service staff so that the team functions as a unified group
  • responsible to: Director / Manager
  • responsible for: Kitchen staff
  • 10. To be completely conversant with the company’s employee handbook and at all times comply with the regulations
  • to have a complete understanding of comply with company’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety
  • to monitor the daily work assigned to staff and ensure that given guidelines are followed and to take the necessary corrective measures
  • to ensure that all food products are consistent with peri peri and grill authentic recipes and customers’ taste
