  • hold a relevant, BTEC, Degree or technical qualification such as CIOB, RICS or CIH or willing to work towards
  • hold a relevant technical qualification such as CIOB, RICS or CIH
  • have experience, at Surveyor or equivalent level, of Asset Management, Property Management, Project Management or Contract Management
  • have substantial experience, at Surveyor level, of Asset Management, Property Investment and Public Procurement
