Responsibility
- build a technical candidate base through advertising, social media & referrals
- develop a global client base using multiple sales techniques including, telephone sales, email, social media, video & face-to-face meetings
- approach hiring managers, detailing the range of recruitment services & solutions we offer
- place contractors in temporary roles as well as source permanent hires
- manage the entire recruitment process between the candidate and client, including providing interview feedback
- identify candidates from around the world with skills in target markets, including Engineering, ICT, Software Development, Space, Satellite, Tech, Telecommunications and Automotive
Requirements
- strong work ethic & a drive to succeed
- great communication & presentation skills
- experience in business development & securing new customers
- experience working within fast-paced, target-driven environments
- can demonstrate an impressive proven billing track record
- have a background in tech markets
- education to degree level is desired but not essential
- 3+ years recruitment experience in a 360 role, preferably with an existing focus on Software Development & ICT
