Responsibility

  • reconcile the bank account
  • ensure that all receivables are recorded in the system
  • invoicing customers on a daily basis, ensuring each transaction is synced into the accounting system
  • keep track of Customer accounts and report aged debtors to relevant stakeholders
  • keeping up to date with Supplier payments
  • perform any required reconciliations for quarterly taxes
