  • perform kt with incumbent engineers, assisting with completion of process documentation etc
  • support Reports
  • management of Ticket queue for the site as the sole engineer
  • confirming return of leavers mobile devices to warehouse and updating trackers
  • ticketed work to include troubleshooting of windows devices and mobile phones, as well as office 365 and other standard software
  • answering emails\queries\sim orders
  • IMAC, imaging and configuration
