- carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
- develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands
- manage Ad-hoc requests for marketing and promotional campaigns from local markets
- develop and deliver a marketing engagement plan for all our corporate events to reach new audiences in partnership with the Events team
- manage and oversee the company's marketing budgets
- creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans; producing prospectuses, booklets and other published marketing materials
- participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives; liaise with HR department regarding hiring plans; support candidate screening and selection
- manage and organize the work of marketing team; Set, monitor and report on team goals
- liaise with university representatives to request and collate up-to-date information for marketing publications
- ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
