Requirements
- domiciliary registered manager: 2 years
- domiciliary manager: 1 year
- we are looking for a experienced register manager to join our start up domiciliary business. We are looking for a professional individual with great leadership skills and experience to lead our care team
- successful candidates must be able to oversee & grow the domiciliary business and motivate the team to give the best possible care
- in exchange we are offering a salary of; £33,000- £37,000, depending on your experience & qualification. A structured commission base is also in place which will be discussed with any applicant during the interview stage
Responsibility
- use all resources required to register new service users
- ensure all care is adequate planned, assessed, allocated & delivered in line with policy & procedures
- prior to each service commencing a customer assessment and risk assessment has been completed including the service users needs and requirements they would like to achieve from their care support
