- create a business development plan based on the targets identified and specific goals of the business plan
- generate leads and ultimately sales, through cold calling, prospecting, and referrals
- identify and cultivate potential prospects to ensure future sales growth

- dealing effectively with any customer complaints and queries, prioritising workload effectively
Requirements
- minimum 2 years of B2B Sales
- prior experience within the promotional merchandise industry is advantageous
- superb communication skills both written and verbal
