Responsibility
- create a business development plan based on the targets identified and specific goals of the business plan
- generate leads and ultimately sales, through cold calling, prospecting, and referrals
- identify and cultivate potential prospects to ensure future sales growth
- develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- work towards daily, monthly, and quarterly targets
- ensuring sales enquiries, quotes and orders are dealt with promptly, ensuring quality goods are delivered within agreed deadlines
- achieve and maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction
- raising artwork request sheets to customer specifications and pass to the Artists to be produced
Requirements
- minimum 2 years of B2B Sales
- prior experience within the promotional merchandise industry is advantageous
- superb communication skills both written and verbal
- A polite and friendly manner
- ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually when needed
- able to prioritise and manage several tasks at once
- excellent computer skills
- A strong desire to achieve is extremely important
