Responsibility
- to keep all Quality documentation up to date ensuring that all scrap is recorded, and quality levels are achieved
- attend training courses to improve business performance, and where necessary, the successful candidate must be prepared to undertake any relevant course as required by the company
- to assist the Senior Technician/Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operation of the injection moulding department ensuring that housekeeping internal and external targets are met by effective utilization and organization of the teams working within your scope of responsibility
- to record training plans and activities of own team and, when necessary, in co-operation with other teams and team members, to meet the needs of the business
- to assist the Senior Technician/Supervisor in identifying training requirements within the department
- to ensure that all quality testing is completed, and any quality problems are reported the Shift Supervisor and Works Manager
- to ensure that all quality testing is completed, and any quality problems are reported tothe Shift Supervisor
