- ensure robust manufacturing process controls that align with QMS
- support NPI processes and collaborate on Proof Team activities
- lead Greenbelt projects for continuous improvement
- resolve quality issues with suppliers and implement corrective actions
- develop manufacturing Process Controls and documentation
- support Manufacturing in resolving quality issues
- drive Greenbelt projects and other Continual Improvement initiatives
Requirements
- supplier Development / SQA experience
- customer interaction experience
- internal auditing experience
- knowledge of 5S
- zero Defects Methodology and NPP process experience
- component Inspection Techniques knowledge
- statistical Analysis / Software experience
- HNC or BTEC level 5 in Engineering/Chemistry
