Responsibility

  • we are seeking a Sales & Reservations Executive to join our Sales & Events team based in South West London
  • the working times are Monday - Friday, 10am until 6pm
  • follow up all enquiries and drive booking conversion rate to 85%
  • responsible for all booking deposits and advance payments regarding private bookings and table reservations, liaising with accounts regarding invoicing
  • the role is responsible for converting booking enquiries into confirmed bookings for our rooftop cocktail bar and restaurant based in Tooting Broadway
  • support the Sales & Events Manager with the planning and execution of events as and when required
  • responsible for the upkeep of all booking information and enquiries on Collins, our booking platform, highlighting final spends, pre-orders, notes and labels
  • maximise sales from each table booking and drive repeat business by excellent networking and communication e.g. courtesy calls to all bookings after the event
