• liaise with Managing Director to support in ongoing operational tasks
• prepare documentation for trips including final travel packs, itineraries and health and safety forms
• communicate any special requests to local partners

• book flights, airport transfers and input passenger information
• work with schools to ensure all documentation is received on time and communicated appropriately
• maintain outbound groups database
• create invoices and manage payment schedules
• possible travel opportunities to support groups in destination
• work with suppliers, local partners and local organisers to ensure all aspects of the programmes are booked correctly and in plenty of time
• the Administative Assistant / Operations and Customer Service Executives key responsibility is to support the SMT in delivering the smooth and efficient running of all group trips across the globe
