Responsibility
draw an overall or individualised training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations of all employees
deploy a wide variety of training methods
conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness and success
produce and manage training budget in conjunction with our Finance Manager
provide opportunities for ongoing development of our employees
identify and assess future and current training needs through the job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals in consultation with Line Managers
resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
Requirements
proven work experience as a Training Manager
track record in designing and executing successful training programs
familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
excellent communication and leadership skills
ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively
strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training and Human Resources
