MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Food Preparation Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals, as and when Provide for special dietary requirements where necessary, and take into account the preferences of individual, you are responsible for your own kitchen which involves cleaning at the end of you shift
communication Liaise with the Home Manager and other chef/cook and residents when planning menus in order to provide a balanced nutritious diet
