Requirements
- you’ll be comfortable talking to, and working with, people from different professions, you’re great at keeping records, too
- SVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent – or willingness to work towards this
- full Driving Licence and a vehicle to use
- compassionate and caring
- dedicated and passionate about making a real difference to people’s lives
- experience of caring/support work for others would be useful, not necessarily in a paid role – you may have looked after an elderly relative or friend
