Responsibility

  • x Recruiting staff to fill vacancies as required
  • x Conducting initial staff training upon employment with the company, then assessing and providing refresher training as required
  • x Checking cleaners cupboard cleanliness and checking stock levels, replenishing stock as required
  • x Deliver stock as required
  • x Organise holiday and absence cover as required
  • x General admin tasks such as updating customer profiles, emailing audit results and reports to customers
  • x Visiting client sites and conducting cleaning audits, addressing any negative feedback and working with staff to fix any issues or congratulating staff on positive outcomes. Setting and reviewing benchmarks based on collected information
  • x Liaising with staff to make sure all staff have clocked in and out of their cleaning shift safely and payroll information updated accordingly
